POW — Founded the POW program at the Andre Agassi Boys and Girls Club along with my brother. POW stands for the power of words. This program expanded the student’s vocabulary through a contest involving matching root words with their definitions.- May – November 2011; March – April 2012; September – December 2012; March – April 2013
Lied Boys and Girls Club — Volunteered to help educate middle school students about preparation to get into college. – April 2011
Special Olympics — Volunteered for 4 years with the basketball program to help with coaching and refereeing. Led the team to a state championship in March 2013. – 2008, 2010 – 2012
East Palo Alto Reading Event – Read to children May 2014-2016
Classroom Cardinal – Attend elementary classes and read to children. – October 2013-2015 and April 2014-2016
Boys and Girls Club Reading Kick Off Event – Read to children. – December 2013-2015
Ronald McDonald House – Had dinner and spent quality time with the children. – November 2015
Anthony’s Soup Kitchen – Helped prepare and serve food to those in need. – November 2013-2015
Nevada Blind Institute — Organized an eyeglass drive. – May 2011
James Boys and Girls Club — Helped lead fitness and nutrition camps. – April – June 2011
Three Square Food Bank — Helped sort through food items and toiletries for distribution to homeless and those at shelters. – March 2010 and May 2011
